OOYSC ADVISES THE DELTA STATE STUDENTS AND COMRADES COMMUNITY TO ADOPT DSP OVIE OMO-AGEGE AS THE NEXT GOVERNOR OF DELTA STATE.

After an extensive analysis of the political developments in Delta state today, with a view to the outrageous and astronomical increase in school fees in Delta state owned tertiary institutions, there comes an urgent need to carefully decide who emerge as the Next Governor of Delta state. 

The action of the university authorities and the silence from the state government and Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has demonstrated that the current government of the state has no regard and care for the students community.

I repeat, in an economy where minimum wage is 30k, it's inhuman and sarcastic for our very own state government to increase the pains that the average Nigerian parents are going through, depriving their children and the future leaders of tomorrow quality education and the opportunity for a better living.

Today, as concerned comrades and student leaders of the delta state students community, we register our grievances and displeasure over the recent hikes of school fees in Delta state owned universities.

DSP Ovie Omo-Agege, an enthusiastic, articulated and an adroit Leader, A Senator who has sponsored numerous bills that are youths oriented and favorable to the Nigerian students community at large. It's a thing of joy to know that the attention of DSP Ovie Omo-Agege has been drawn to the recent exorbitant school fees increment in Delta state owned universities, DSP Ovie Omo-Agege has decried it and has promised major review to ensure the school fees is restored back to status quo. 

On this indisputable regard, we call on other amiable and dogged comrades and student leaders in Delta state to lend their voices as we stand up against the cycle of poor educational system, insecurity and high level of unemployment, to connect to the realistic vision of Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege for the rescue of our dear state from the shackles of the current government and the junk PDP Administration in Delta state.

Any comrade without his PVC is a cheap comrade. You prove your capacity when you possess the power to decide who represent your interests and who governs your affairs and that of others deltans. It's time for us to prove that we know our RIGHTS, to prove that we cannot be INTIMATED by bad governance and callous leaders, to prove that we have the POWER to END the PDP harmful administration once and for all in Delta state come 2023.
